Yeah it’s just the factory, temporary screen protector. You are meant to take it off and either: (1) “ride dirty” or (2) get a screen protector. I suggest abstract ocean 9H. I got the Matte screen protector and I love it.

I don’t have any issues with model 3 truck opening in rain. I’m a 19K VIN. I have a nice weather stripping that catches the rain. Totally agree with opening the windows though. Rain definitely gets into the cabin from the windows.

I’ve got a hand full of little areas all over the car like this. When they get wet they spew rusty water. Love the car but my god. Service had a body shop fix the ones I saw but as soon as I got the car back I noticed a few more. Bummed.

I am refraining from the poll since I neither love it or hate it. I’m just OK with slacker.

My experience is that he audio quality is great, but the stations recycle the same 10-15 songs over and over. Lack of diversity gets really boring. I stream XM from my phone when I get bored with the songs on slacker.

I’m not saying that it’s not a software/safety issue. I’m just saying that it’s not isolated to 2018.28.2. It’s been there for every other firmware that I’ve had.

Not at this particular stretch of the trip. It was nearing my exit and I had disengaged it about a mile previous. At first I thought that perhaps TACC was still engaged and taking over but it happened multiple times after applying the brake, which typically disengages TAAC.

Autopilot is a driver assist feature specifically designed to be used on divided highways. I think you are confusing autopilot with the currently unreleased full self-driving (FSD) which hypothetically would be able to navigate this situation.

Never experienced anything like this at all. This is not normal. Although i’ve never once had creep engaged on the car.

I think the bumper issue is few & far between. There WILL be a slight difference when looking at it from different angles in the sun, but unless you are seriously OCD it won’t bother you. I am pretty OCD myself (seriously) and can at times notice a slight difference from the angle i’m looking at...

Weird, I have the opposite issue. My wipers are too aggressive for my liking. Probably just personal preference perceptions.

I tried submitting a bug report last night too. Didn’t seem like the car understood the “bug report” command.

I was on a road trip this weekend and hit a stretch of highway that felt extremely bouncy for a good 1-2 miles. I thought I was going to be sick. Never experienced that before and haven’t since. I think it was just the stretch of highway, but who knows.

As requested, here is my bumper in direct sunlight. The sun was shining right on the rear of the car.

Mine is anytime the wheels are moving. Forward, backward. What I noticed is when I make right turns the noise stops until I straighten out again. Left turns the noise does not go away. I think it’s coming from the right rear wheel. Perhaps a bad wheel bearing?

Here is one I saw that did have the defect. Same outdoor light from my car above. You can definitely make out that the car has the issue. I don’t see anything like this on my car.
