Got some MS in Ipswich and have seen an MX a few times, but mine appears to be the only M3, so far. Took my mate out today who does some consulting work for Toyota, BMW and a couple of others he was so impressed the car. Think he might consider one.

There are 2 screws holding each of the number plate holders. The screws go into a plastic backing which is behind the plate holders so not actually into the bodywork.

Took both of the backing assembly off mine and screwed the thicker perspex plates straight on. They look great.The company who made the plates up won’t do the metal ones as they peel after a short period of time.

I phoned LV direct as there website just kept whirling after I’d put the information in. The woman was very helpful, finding the quote then going away and having a chat with someone to confirm vehicle details. She gave me the quote reference so all I need is reg number and card for payment then...

Finally got a decent quote today from LV for £378 with the excesses being a total of £800. Quote reference so ready to go.

Do you know how many M3 they are delivering a day?

Hi, I expect you’ll be using Dartford as pick up point for your car. I’m coming down from Ipswich to pick up my LR AWD up in couple of weeks. Seems a long while ago since I put a reservation deposit on 31.3.2016.

Picking mine up from Darford, closer than Heathrow for me. Just need a date so I can get a train ticket.

Got similar dates but mines at Dartford. Makes you wonder how many model 3’s will be registered in August in UK.

Final invoice has August 27th so it’s probably not Triumph Ace.

Looked in my account and there it is final invoice, no email, no text and no phone call, the delivery date is 27th August. I wonder if this date changes once payment is made?

Was told my AWD was on the boat should be August 12th to 25th, I expect this is the Triumph Ace?

And hope that includes me, March 2016 reservation holder and 1st May ordered. Looks like the performance price has come down close to the standard AWD, perhaps they are just going to deliver the performance and forget the standard! I wish

Did get an email but this said modified, didn’t really make sense. They have obviously changed this to show the gross amount. Could have put an explanation on the email before making us panic.
