Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
You can go to the "Software Updates" tab in TeslaFi and it will show you how many vehicles are on each software version by model and AP hardware version.
I have been using for about six weeks and have been very happy with it. I haven't noticed any difference in energy consumption, although I was using TeslaLog before TeslaFi so probably wouldn't be a difference. My vampire loss varies day-to-day, although I have TeslaFi on all the time so the...
I have this silicone fob cover (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KY98S2O/) and love it. It comes in different colors which would make it easy to tell the keys apart (unless both of your cars are the same color). If you want to keep the key mostly as-is, though, I would probably opt for a...
Was just looking at the leaderboard and noticed dschilberg's 330 mile drive at 39mph. I have to ask - where were you going that you were so not in a hurry to get there!
I took a trip this weekend and noticed the improvements to location tagging. Very nicely done! One other suggestion I would make would be to allow the user to change the center coordinates. If, for example, I park on one side of the store one time and the opposite side the second time...
I had to rent a car traveling this weekend, and had these problems:
Forgetting to turn the car off
Remembering to turn the car off, but forgetting to put it in park first
Remembering to put the car in park and turn it off, but then having my wife ask me if I'm going to lock the doors as I'm...
Possibly just a coincidence, but I got a very early forward collision warning today after having installed the 2.28.19 update last night. Driving along at 35 mph and a car braking about 50 yards ahead of me set off the warning. I have it set to early, but I've never had it warn me that early!
Having just gone through a similar process with securities lawyers, it amazes me that anyone who reads corporate filings would choose to invest in a company based on what is disclosed in the risk factors section. (Obvious answer is that no one actually does read the corporate filings.) As to...
Also, just remembered that I have EVMote running as well. I much prefer TeslaLog, as EVMote doesn't log nearly as much information. EVMote does have every trip logged correctly over the last few days, though, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with my car's connection.
Reloading the key didn't seem to do anything, as two drives yesterday evening did not show up. However, it did start logging halfway through a charging session starting around 9pm Central. Hoping that is a good sign for today.
Similar problem here. I was traveling last week so don't know when it started, but from Friday to today I have had one trip not recorded, one trip of 27 miles that only had the first few miles recorded, and then four trips since that were not recorded. I rebooted the car this morning, but that...
Vampire consumption does not get accounted for in the Wh/mi readings. The large initial consumption at the beginning of the trip is probably from the car powering up and HVAC starting to work. I have left my car sitting at the airport for a week and the initial startup Wh/mi is no different...
I took delivery in Houston on March 26th. I sent final payment on March 15th, and I believe I received the paperwork for signature via Fedex around March 21st. No need to have this notarized. I cannot remember exactly when I got the final California paperwork back, but it was after delivery...
How does TeslaLog calculate "energy added"? Normally, if I look at the change in charge level (in %) multiplied by my usable battery size, it is pretty close to what TeslaLog calculates. TeslaLog also shows this as being around 92% efficient which I've read elsewhere is a reasonable level for...
Agree with you on the need for the feature. Also, see the following from the FAQs at hctra.org (Harris County Toll Road Authority):
For a mailed Toll Violation Invoice:
If you have received a mailed Toll Violation Invoice, you may payonline. You may also pay by mail to the address shown on...
I haven't seen anything logged since Wednesday morning. I looked at the Tesla Tokens page and it showed last code as "vehicle unavailable" so I generated a new token. The most recent one is showing last code as "null" but still not bringing in any new logs (either before or after generating the...
Hello all.
I've been lurking here for a while, but thought I should finally say hi. Just got the e-mail last night that my Model S is in production, with delivery scheduled for late March - April. Still a long way to go, but getting closer!
