I went on the website and chatted with the folks at NavTool. They claim that the Tesla version for this is in testing and should be available by year end.

to have the sills made to my specification cost me $200 complete. It took me about 2 hours to install them. very simple installation. They go over the current sills with 3m tape. The majority of the time is to hook up the power to the existing footwell lights.

yes its a iPhone 6 plus. Yes I am near the car, with the fob without being plugged in. I go on the tesla app and cant find a button to summons. if I summons with the fob the app comes up allowing me to stop. but I cant initiate the summons with the phone.
