This was on my 60 RWD in March.

He said he ordered end of March (30th of March). Orders don't count in financials until they are delivered. The timeline doesn't align to an end of quarter push, because he never would have received it by the end of the quarter.

What makes it a P besides the larger motor? Suspension? Software? Could you ever make a 75 a P75?

I did the upgrade yesterday (60 RWD) and charged to 100% for the first time overnight. Rated range was 242 miles.

@JasJ, I think I would have to agree with you. I hope that Tesla realizes this and comes up with a solution that satisfies both them and its SW-limited 60 kWh customers.

@croman I was hoping the scenario you mention would play out, but not sure if they are just too focused on AP2 / Model 3 to look back on the 60. Was the 40->60 price ever changed?

@BerTX right on with all that you have said. I never had the additional range wish until this winter. Travelling at highway speeds in 15 degree weather really impacts range.

Interesting....I wonder why I'm seeing a consistently lower "rated" range since the fall. If it bounced around it would be one thing, but it was a consistent number in fair weather, and it's a consistently different (worse) number in colder weather.

So someone who has historically driven at 500 Wh/mile will have the same "range" at 100% SoC as someone who has historically driven at 200 Wh/mile?

Nic, I am also in Concord and picked up my 60 from Dedham back in July of this year. I went with my (expecting) wife and they gave the standard swag bag (coffee mug, umbrella, pin) to both my wife and I. The Dedham crew has always been passionate, responsive, and helpful.

I've seen that as well, and posted a thread on here wondering if it was due to the increased reliance on the radar. I have a facelifted RWD, so I do not get the benefit of the enhanced regen.

Any ideas why they didn't improve regen in the RWD models? I have a 2016 RWD S60 and didn't see anything about regen in the release notes in the car.

I picked up my new 60 last Wednesday and drove from Massachusetts to New York this weekend. At one of the Superchargers I saw over 300 mph charge at over 260A. Off the Merritt it was about 220 mph with amps the same. Was significantly slower when charging next to another (A/B).

I'm in the same boat. Confirmed June 11, My Tesla says late June - July for delivery. Boston area. Checking My Tesla about 10 times a day!
