I'm using Google Pixel and it works 90% of the time. It was working 100% the time before the recent Tesla mobile app update. Then stopped working entirely until I re-paired it. Then worked maybe 50% of the time but has been steadily picking up.

Funny, that update actually broke my phone key. I had to remove and re-add it after the update to use it at all. Then it works about 70% of the time compared before the update (on android, google pixel)

For unknown reasons, my phone key (android) works 100% of the time for about three weeks now. It used to fail 70% of the time.

So far the most consistent approach for me is to turn off phone's Bluetooth when the walk away lock happened. And when approaching the car (but still not in the distance to trigger walk up unlock) turn Bluetooth on. After a few seconds it will show phone key connected and do its job. Required...

You are correct if the ramp was smooth and few people are watching it closely. % of reported vin over total production will decrease as production rate increase because the Model 3 will be less "special". But I don't think we're there yet. Hence the 1910 could still be a similar case of that...

Highest Vin by no means represent cumulative. A 1910 spotted doesn't mean there are a total of 1910 produced at that time. We had a 1000 Vin spotted at end of September, did they produced 1000 by the end of September?

The way the data presented here is very misleading. Y-axis should be numbers of vin spotted on the day, not the highest vin because a vin 1910 is one car and a vin of 0001 is one car, no difference. If you do it the correct way, we certainly had a spike around 11/26, but then it decreased a lot.
