I am in the same boat. They charged my credit card immediately, but have not gotten any shipment notification. Today, I emailed them. They told me that they were back ordered, a nd can not provide an estimated delivery time. Then why did you charge my credit card????

Took delivery on Saturday and haven't stopped smiling since. My boys thought we were just going for a test drive. Boy were they surprised!. Delivery went very well. This is definitely the coolest car on earth!

I came out of production on 10/15. So it took just over a month for delivery. I believe that it went by rail to Newark, then on a truck to Springfield. Happy to help any way I can. Very excited to get my car tomorrow!

jborak - hope your delivery time to NJ is quicker than mine. Picking up in Springfield tomorrow. While the wait has been long, I'm very excited that the day is almost here.

Hope your transit time to CT doesn't take as long as mine did to NJ. My MS ended production on 10/15, and I'm picking up this Saturday. It felt longer than it really was. But I'm SOOOOOO excited to pick up in 2 days!

I also chose to lease. While I am a big believer in the value of the MS, I can't imagine that the 70D technology is what I will want in 3 years. I know I will pay more over the next 3 years, but to me it is about risk. I am pretty sure I will want to get the latest and greatest in 3 years...
