I’ve replaced 3 myself now out of warranty. Service center isn’t interested in addressing this or helping. It’s painful just to get the gear from them @ < $2. Upside - I can replace them in less than an hour o_O

Also keep in mind charging produces excess heat. Charging by itself will warm the pack a good bit faster.

I've had 2 fail now, drivers side (used all the time) and passenger rear (which my kids use to get into the car most of the times we drive it). I don't push on the handle, only on the edge of the door so I think it just fails with use. The limit switch stops the motor prior to full extension.
