For the record, I tried it and it definitely helped. Well, at least the nav screen scrolls much more smoothly (although still not really smooth). I think it feels less laggy in general after I deleted almost all the nav history, but this might just my subconscious bias.

I didn't know you need to hit brake while rebooting via the scroll wheel method. So I guess without the brake it is a soft restart of some sort?

This is perfectly normal. I assume you drone the past 150 miles at relatively high speed, because you have a rated 331wh/mi which is more than the ideal rated wh/mi. I don't remember precisely what the ideal wh/mi is (some 293wh/mi?), but you can use that and your rated miles to roughly estimate...

You might have tried this already - but did you completely turn off your tesla? You can do this in the settings. Although do note that I don't think it does a complete shut down immediately, you might want to want a few minutes or longer before starting it up again. It helped me once.
