You are conveniently forgetting that charge and power rates are lower with smaller packs. Also you are increasing cycle rate so overall battery life gets shorter. The only advantage to smaller battery is weight that you have to carry around, that is it.

Obviously one needs common denominator to compare as in $ per hour. Bottom line, sales people who are on commission are wrong people to do customer service / lead generation tasks because their time costs too much plus commissions push people to stretch the truth or omit facts to make a buck.

Sales people on commission will do what makes them money. Sure, if you pay them enough they will create leads but it’s too expensive. It is better to pay $20/h person to operate phone and press buttons than pay $50/h car sales person to do the same.

Sales commissions are the problem. Sales people do not want to waste their time on creating leads or work with demanding customers. What Tesla needs is managers who care more about customer service.

It does not matter if such company existed or not. Tesla needs to do better.

Driver may have overriden AEB or Autopilot with accelerator. But no one will know until data is pulled from Tesla. I think what Tesla needs is Autopilot Disagrees indicator or chime to let driver know that system is being overridden by drivers actions.
