I visited the Hopewell SC, and Kai Tak SC yesterday, all occupied. I believe it is time for Tesla to install many many more SC as this car is too popular now. Even the ev-link chargers are fairly much engaged all the time. It will discourage people buying this car if it persists.

No, I have not enable energy saving feature. It truly is lagging by many seconds. I counted perhaps 15 seconds before I can engage forward motion.

Let me check if I turn on the energy saving feature. If it WERE true, why it lags longer now than before? I still think the new software is causing the delay.

No longer need to schedule tune-up and oil change. No more wondering what they do with the old engine oil. No more turning off the engine while waiting. No more delay of power due to carburetor reaction.

Had another firmware update two days ago. I have the car slightly more than one month, and already done 2 updates. Its revision speed is much more frequent than my desktop computer. I do think this is a good thing.

I would say engine noise is the most obvious point for me. You can definitely hate the engine noise at a high rpm. None of that in a Tesla. Smell of gasoline in an traditional ICE car is another clear distinction.

There is one Tesla model S parking in IFC two b5 , not charging. It is not nice. It is no different from an ice car occupy the charging station without charging. Leaving the people in need without access. MB8981 is the license plate.

I believe you get two hours free parking in the mall attached to tsuen wan panda hotel, if I am not mistaken. That is owned by Hopewell group too, I suppose. Not tried yet, will like to do that soon.

The driver and passenger foot lights definitely turn on when parked. I saw it tonight. Not sure about the back seats.

100% Yeah, I rather have this dual charger option than the 21" rim (what a waste of money, and constantly worry about scratching them ).

I paid HK$17x00 for the dual charger installation before delivery. It was steep, but it is worthy every time you charge on a 32A. It is even more important if you don't have charging access at home. No one would like to spend 4 hours in a carpark charging their vehicle!

I got the S85 since Thursday. It was great. If I had the choice again, would I wait for a faster car? Or 90kw instead of 85kw? My answer is no. These additional features are good, but don't justify the extra money and extra waiting time for me.

I am sure you are upset by this incident. You waited so long to get this car, and now you are faced with a difficult choice. I know part of me would like a newly built car, but another side of me would like to have the car as soon as possible. Hope you come out as a happy tesla owner.

Thanks for the reply. I saw a guy in a EV charging station and he swiped a "EVLink" card. I was curious and asked him, his reply was the card give you access, and free to use. Just hope someone can enlighten me on this topic.

Very excited. I could order a 85D, but not willing to wait for November delivery. So buying an inventory car instead.
