Do you have anything else in the same pocket as the key fob? I use a moneyclip/wallet made of aluminum that is in the same pocket and seems to limit the range of the key fob somewhat.

Yeah just from sound and vibration. I think there are more than 2 speeds even, but basically there is a semi-quiet mode and then there is the loud all out compressor mode. That is all I am reporting as it isn't reported anywhere that I know of.

I didn't check internal temp of car from app, but it was similar to other days in that it had to be 100+ inside and outside temp was 89-90. Set the auto AC to 64 and got a fan speed of 8 initially with low compressor speed, which within 2 minutes went down to fan speed 7.

The climate control is not fixed in .250 on my car. The problem is tricky as in the morning the air conditioning works great, but during the hottest times of the day is when it doesn't react appropriately.

I just checked and the behavior is the same even on the .250 update. I spoke with the service center who was able to confirm it happened on cars they have there as well and they are going to reach out to engineering to see if there is any updated info on the problem and/or fix.

I received the update this morning, so I should be able to tell when I run out for lunch today whether it improves the situation. What was odd in my case is that mornings were always fine. The AC seemed to kick in to high gear and actually be too cold in the morning when the car inside/outside...

I looked today too and car interior temp from app was over 100 degrees when I left. Thirty minutes later on auto and interior temp was still 94 degrees because it was using the low compressor mode and fan speed of 7. I had the interior temp set to 64. So I don't see how it thought that cooling...

No I hadn't yet as it seemed like this is happening across the board to others too. Would probably be helpful though to call the service center so at least they can track the number of people this is effecting.

Today walked out and it was 92 all day. Drove home with the AC set to 64 and it would never increase above fan speed 7 and actually kept the compressor in the low mode the entire time. The air wasn't even really that cool coming out the vents. Switched it to LO and it jacked the fan up to full...

I missed this thread when posting about my own problem which is that AUTO mode will never use more than 7 for fan. This is my second summer with the car in FL and I can also agree that it did not work this way last year. Last summer, it would blow full speed until the car was sufficiently cooled.
