If Tesla can integrate Tencent's WeChat platform (860M Chinese users, WeChat is an integral part of their everyday life) into their cars it would be huge. Tencent's CEO, Pony Ma, is also a member of the government, great access for Musk and Tesla.

@rdalcanto I can totally see this happening, since everybody has waited this long I can see Tesla delivering as many Sig Model X's to their owners as possible all at once...perhaps 2 days before December 25th with a big bow on each of them, Merry Christmas!

Some positive catalysts prior to earnings that could launch Tesla and is my ideal situation: Auto-pilot rolled out over the weekend (on 7/17 Elon said 2-3 weeks before OTA update); X design studio roll out day before earnings...then an awesome Q2 earnings report with details on expected ramp...

Just want to add 11507 Q2 +10030 Q1= 21537 Model S deliveries which = 39.16% of 55,000 delivery guidance. From guidance from Musk in February was %40 of deliveries would occur in first two quarters...I'd say we're on track!

What's the consensus on when Tesla will release the delivery number? I feel like they will release them before the long weekend...but the question is will it be Thursday during trading hours or after hours? Just curious to everybody's thoughts...

Pretty subtle price action for the past couple of days following annual investor meeting. I thought the investor meeting could push TSLA higher but I think with no earth shattering news it will trade in the 240-265 range until Q2 delivery report. Anybody see any catalysts prior to Q2 delivery...

I'm pumped about the deliveries news and think its going to be a great summer for TSLA! I think Elon has demonstrated via Twitter and other media that he is upbeat about 2015 and excited about all the progress Tesla will make this year. My wish list/ hopeful for: April 30th- Stationary Storage...

Long term observer and long term TSLA shareholder here (since ~32$/share)...not sure if its been discussed much or if there is a separate thread for the stationary storage business, but I'm interested to see if TSLA will recycle old battery packs for use in stationary storage and excited to see...
