I love how it looks, I've spent £100k on pre-ordering one :p It doesn't stand out though, not in the eye of the average UK person who compares it to a Ford Mondeo/Vauxhall Insignia. Tastes, thankfully, vary wildly all over the world.

To the UK market the Tesla looks quite boring (simply on appearance). I've got a p85d on order, I don't really care what people think of how my car looks. Most people I show it to are surprised it looks so plain/boring/generic saloon.

The hole runs from Stansted to Cambridge to Peterborough to Leeds to Edinburgh... Bit sucky.

Shooter did you get any better than the tesla 5.8%? As shooter said you won't get the allowance and the BIK is still nice and low, we are financing rather than leasing, works out thousands cheaper not to mention the huge cash flow free up year 1 due to corp tax reduction.

Hi Rob, I originally planned a basic P85 or 85D with a few upgrades, I ended up ordering a p85d with pretty much every upgrade, and in red! Are you doing it via a ltd company or personal for the finance?

Looks like everyone in UK just got an email pushing delivery back to August due to "the availability of a critical system of the right hand drive dual motor system". Doh.

You can get a p85d for around £7xx/month from lease plan.

Get to your nearest store and view them. Birmingham had loads of colours in for service when I went all with various seats, food options etc. I completely changed my spec after visiting.

I remember lots of people being annoyed as they didn't get the amount of £/energy produced that they thought and when they done the maths it worked out at 20+ years... Maybe they got mis sold/ripped off.

Yup non-maintained (maintained isn't worth it for me due to <10k miles) and business (so excluding VAT). It's a good price, it does nearly double by the time I've added the extras on though!!
