Has anyone from Brisbane (MORNING CRYSTAL) received anything regarding their pickup date since they got their “Arrived” message?

If there is no button to upload a document in the app then just print, sign, scan, and send it to Tesla through the person you have been in contact with.

Can I ask what your EDDs were before you got your final delivery date? Mine is currently at April 20 - May 11 and it got off the ship yesterday in BNE

I believe they mean you have to print it out, sign with a pen, and then scan it. Kind of annoying haha

You should get an email from Tesla asking you to fill the rest out that applies to you. Once you do that you need to reply to the email with it attached or just get it to the Tesla employee you have been in contact with and they will pass it on. Digital signatures are not accepted apparently.

Hey all, new member here! My Model 3 was on MORNING CRYSTAL which docked this morning, and I just received an email and SMS from Tesla to say it has arrived and that delivery is approaching. I assume this mean's it's been unloaded and going through customs, or does it mean it's already cleared...
