hi is there a way to set up tessie phone key if i dont have my tesla linked to my tesla account?(ownership transfer issues) the support page says tap key icon, but i see no key icon in the app

well, it seems ive got some sort of corrupted menu or something. i just went into my car and literally tried clicking everywhere, but thats all i got. spotify, radio and apple music. and i dont even have the option to hide those sources.
