Not only the vents but also the airbags in the front seats. The owners manual for the 2024 M3 says to not install any covers on the front seats.

I honestly don't know. When I asked why my delivery was cancelled the only answer I got was 'there is an error with the car", no other details than that. I've been really tempted to do a VIN search to see if that'll tell me anything, but if it turns out that it went to another customer I don't...

Yeah that's really bizarre, sounds like they were having a tough day getting things scheduled.

White glove customer service? No, in my case the only reason I knew that my delivery appointment had been cancelled was because my VIN disappeared from my app. The delivery center had no idea until I sent them a message.

On the accessories front, there is a 2024 version of the Quick Bandit available. I had one on my last M3 and it was a better option than the stock front plate mount IMO. I really liked being able to take it off to get the front of the car clean...

It's a sad story, I had a VIN and a delivery date for 2/24. On 2/22 VIN was removed from my reservation and no one can tell me why. It wasn't related to delivery tasks, everything was done and paid for. So now I'm back to waiting, current EDD just shows March 2024.

I ordered that exact spec on 1/10 and I'm still waiting...

I did the 3D Maxpider mats in my last M3 since the Telsa shop was out of stock in all of their floor mat options when I took delivery. They were nice and easy to clean, quick vacuum to get the big stuff then spray with all purpose interior cleaner and wipe down with an old micro fiber cloth...

Oh I'm not saying that there haven't been any deliveries of white interiors, I was just expressing an opinion based on what I was seeing in the spread sheet as to why orders for white interiors keep getting their EDDs pushed back.

Looking at the spread sheet and it's admittedly small sample size of 215 orders, the lack of white interiors being assigned VINs so far (zero by my count) leads me to think that they've run into a supply chain or quality control issue with the white interiors. That's why I believe we're seeing...

You should be ok, you only need insurance to take delivery. It shouldn't effect getting your delivery scheduled.

This guy mentioned in his video that the screen in the 2024 M3 is slightly different and legacy screen protectors don't fit.

If you haven't already sent a message I'd give it a few days, your reservation is moving in the right direction with your EDD window tightening up and the Tesla Vision disclaimer coming through.

I had a stealth hitch on my 2023 M3 that I was able to recover after that car was totaled. I'm hoping that I'll be able to install the hitch on my new 2024 M3. Some sites are saying that the stealth hitch is compatible with model years 17-23 while others list compatibility for that same product...

I'm hoping that the 3D Maxpider floor mats I had for my previous Model 3 will work. Teslarati says they'll fit but I guess we'll see.

Tesla shop is showing two different versions of the center console trays for Model 3. A 2017-2023 and then a 2024+ version. Looks like if you're shopping around on Amazon you'll need to find ones that say they're for the 2024 model year if you want them to fit in your new Model 3.

Same order date and config as you, got my VIN on 2/7 and I've basically got the same EDD 2/23 - 3/1 here in Virginia. Looks like a shipment for the east coast will be hitting the road by late next week!

I did :) I got a text and an app notification yesterday afternoon (EST). My EDD updated at the same time. Order date was 1/10.

I don't know about that, my EDD window is down to 7 days. It updated on 2/7 from 2/11 - 2/25 to now showing 2/23 - 3/1.

Among all the other new features, I'm definitely looking forward to auto shift out of park. It should add to the Tesla "magic" feeling of driving these cars.

I went the myQ route as well and it worked well for me. It's really nice to pull up to the house and the garage door opens up automatically for you (or you can use a button at the top of the touch screen to manually open/close). You've got to tinker a bit with some of the settings about how far...
