Refresh X Auto doors not closing?

I went to 2 different service centers and was told this is expected behavior on the refreshed X, which I believe is untrue. The user manual specifies door should pop open between 20 and 45 degrees depending on obstacles, so anything under 20 degrees is below spec.

@bayareaever Could you update us on what Berkeley SC did and whether it helped long term? I am having the same issue and now taking my car to service for it for the second time.

Refresh X Auto doors not closing?

I have the same issue on a late Nov 2022 build. I believe it's a mechanical defect. The passenger door works fine. As did the driver door on my 2018 X.

Buzzing noise from one speaker in liftgate (Model S 2016 MCU2/AP3)

I have the same problem. 2016 Model SP100D post-refresh (with the new nose cone and 8 camera system). Passenger side liftgate speaker makes that noise in my car.

    Who ordered S Plaid/Plaid+

Ordered Plaid+ S and Plaid X. Thrilled about the yoke. Old S/X steering wheel was too big for no other reason to let you see the dash through. Cutting off the top solves that. I love creativity & reinvention. The old gear stalk had a worthless neutral position, clearly atavistic. So glad they...

21” grey turbine wheels with winter tires for Model S

My set has Pirelli Soto Zero 245/35 R21 W winter tires. I purchased it from Tesla with my Model S — this is something Tesla used to do, sell you a set of winter wheels and tires with your new car. Now I am trading in the Model S for Model X so don’t need them, in fact I never needed them...

Question for Porsche owners - is the P85D really the same drive or better?

+1 Colin Powell After 1800 miles on two P85Ds and 16,000 miles on 2014 911 Carrera 4s, I sold the 911. One of my P85Ds handles as solid as the 911, the other is floaty more like P85. I have a service appt to have it checked. P85D tire width isn't what it is on 911 (relative to vehicle...
