This morning a new update was available for 2023.44.30.2 It was successfully installed and no changes, everything is still non functioning

After a 4 hour wait at the service center they were unable to find the issue. So they want additional money to diagnose. No thanks I'll just drive it with slightly more functionality than my 1997 Saturn had.

I did that manually after a power down did not help. The first time it hung and never reinstalled. The second time it went through.
