As a leasee I would like to drive the car for at least 2 more months (post 36) with the next gen seat. Is it unfair ? Given that I am going to get it ~ 6 months late.

No worries 2015 should be your golden year. You have no idea what it feels like to drive to a SC and see more car waiting than charging!!

Took delivery today. Shocked to see no Next Gen seats. the DS did not know they weren't next gen till I pointed out. He went in to find out came back and asked me if front were next gen :tongue: I said None !! he went in again and came back to say they were not ready. I think he was fairly new...

Someone can create a spreadsheet and get a budget. Know some good pizza places around and can negotiate a discount. Last step would be to PayPal into an account. I live 15 miles from the factory and willing to volunteer weekend. Also work for PayPal. Taking delivery tomorrow during lunch.

whether the next gen seat issue has been resolved & they are getting timely supply to meet the demands yet is still unclear. Mine went into Prod 12/6 and in prod as of date (day 9). Hopefully awaiting seats and no other major issues found in QA ! VIN 63587

I was doing some reverse engineering of the seat problem and then I remembered seeing a truckload of D's yesterday...maybe this issue is now color specific. With black's still being remade and sent though they were the first to be produced.

I would like to know what happens to the $7500 Federal Credit with the new lease. I did my math @ 3% and looks like this money is fully taken by the bank with no subsidy on the monthly payment or the residual value. The residual value to own the car after 3 years period was quoted at 53/52 %...
