I just took delivery of my pearl white P85D with next gen black seats in both front and rear.

I too believe this amounts to beta grade control software at this point. I don't see why a P85D (or 85D when they're out) shouldn't be able to more effectively throttle down the insanity for range mode highway cruising.

Seeing the steady stream of deliveries and reviews is making my wait more difficult. Only 6 more days to go! Maybe if I stop watching the status page it will finish sooner, because I am pretty sure the saying goes "a watched Tesla doesn't complete production". :)

I am planning the post delivery detailing for my pearl white P85D. I really like the idea of using Xpel Ultimate Stealth on the pearl white. My only dilemma is whether to blackout the chrome or leave it. I really am on the fence with that part. Any thoughts on this design decision.

It could be that your car was actually in production longer than what was reflected on the status page and someone just got around to flipping the bits. I think we're all assuming the production status update is automated with the steps on the factory floor.

I received my "final" MVPA for my P85D today along with the "Make final payment" button showing up on MT. My MVPA is showing a 12/17 delivery date even though MT still shows my car as being in the queue.
