Consider it confirmed. That is the address in the Permit, and a google search will put the pin right over the install spot.

Well the website says the permit is still pending.. I doubt there'll be any activity until then. If I'm in the area, though, I'll be sure to take a look!

What could be the hold-up with this project? If the GC cannot do more than $500k, does that mean they will need a new contractor? Or would it be more likely the existing contractor would get permitted for >$500k?

The Whole Foods market in Huntersville is brand new and has charging stations right up front. You can grab a beer and hot food inside. You're also within walking distance to Birkdale Village. Good news on the permit progress. As soon as it's approved I'll get down there and snap some photos...

Pretty sure they'll be pouring asphalt and concrete during the winter to get this supercharger done! Ugh. This new stretch of 485 will cut 10 minutes off my trip to the GF's house. I need it finished! :p

The northern part of I-485 will be finished soon. (Quite possibly before this supercharger is). Once 485 is open, this supercharger will be only a 10 minute detour for I-77 travelers. Right now 485 is scheduled to open in December. Let's see which one gets done first!
