I think your mobile connector is going into a safe mode. You can check to see if the TESLA lights on the "adapter" has turned off or is showing/lit red vs green. New mobile connectors seem a bit finicky if they notice a change in load or voltage. I've had to unplug from the wall to reset it.

I had this issue and brought it up at my service appointment yesterday (keycard not working). Was told they are now ordering a "module" for me and there was recently a service bulletin released. So, sounds like it is a know issue and takes more that a software update to fix.

How does the box secure to the car? Just FYI, The NVX without amp, wiring and LC2i retails for $800 shipped. Whole package with amp, wiring and LC2i is the $1200 package.

Lowering links on the air suspension is really easy. I installed mine in about a 45 min. It's a little tough without taking the wheels off, but I was able to do it by just using a floor jack to raise the corner I was working on. Make sure to use jack stands for backup.

Nextgen rears are complete worth it if you have the option. They look great and the visibility/folding issues are overblown. I would be very upset if I only had nextgens upfront as the old rears just have a completely different look.

There's a video online that shows how to do the complete install. Hardest part would be removing and installing all the panels. Google Nvx subwoofer install and you'll find the video. I just wanted to show others where the amp could go if they don't have the front cubby.

The kit from NVX comes with an AudioControl lc2i. We used the front speakers to the Lc2i, then rca's from the lc2i to the amp in the back.

if you get a sub with the same ohm and watt rating, then you should be fine then the stock amp should be able to push it. Not sure if you can reuse the stock enclosure for a 10 in sub and would imagine that doing so wouldn't make much of a sound quality/loudness difference. No expert either...
