Replacing the tyre does not affect the sensors. It didn't affect mine.

You can use your mobile phone to share the 4G, but having a pocket wifi in the car will give you instant access to 4G wifi without playing with the phone settings. My pocket wifi has a data only package with Smartone with unlimited data too.

There's no reason why they won't buy back the tires, so just ask them and if not, go somewhere else and I'm sure they'll providing the tires are fairly new My tires has only done approx. 3,000Km when I traded them. Hope that helps.
