My 2016 MX had a "smart preconditioning" that would learn when I was typically departing in the AM and heat the cabin (and I assume the battery) at that time while still plugged in. (This is not the preconditioning prior to SC charging.) I can't seem to find this function in my new 2022 MX...

Any answer to this? I just received the download for FSD. I have seen YouTube video that shows the FSD on the center MCU. How do you do that?

The one I had for my 2016 MX from Tesla was a see through netting. It did not totally block the light, just reduced it. Thats what I’m looking for. Hopefully Tesla will come around and make the same one to fit the new MX.

Did you ever figure this out? I just accepted my 2022 MX plaid after owning a 2016 signature MX. I found that the only way was to use the voice control. Activate voice command and say “show energy”. You will see the energy graph. I have not found another way.

One more question. Do auto steering and auto cruise both need to be enabled in order to ignore unsafe following? I’m hoping that just the auto cruise would do that.

I’m at a 94 score with a 1,000 miles on the new car. What does it take to get the download? I’m unsure about resetting and starting all over although I certainly know more about how to control it than I did in the beginning.

Me too. I just picked up my 2022 MX Plaid yesterday. I was told a sunshade would be included but it wasn't. Then I was told they are only included in California deliveries. The one from my 2016 Sig MX definitely does not work.

Did you ever find a resolution? I'm having the same problem. Tesla says I need to reboot but that doesn't seem to make any difference. Also, map refresh speed is really slow, pixel squares all the time.

My 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche Pickup truck has it. I put in that request in 2015 when I first got the MX. The fact that it's electric makes this far worse since it is dead silent when stopped. Drives me nuts adjusting the volume all the time and it seems like it should be a simple software...

Does Tesla state the number for any models? Since everything seems to be based on this number, it's seems that it should be a known number. We should not be estimating based upon the lines on a graph. How does this factor into the trip system calculator?

What makes you believe the rated range to be 340 Wh/mi? I was under the impression it is closer to 300. 314 sticks in my mind but I'm not sure now where I got that from. If I extrapolate actual miles and Wh/mi versus what I think is rated, it seems like the math works at the 300 level or so.
