    How did you convince them? I was told they did a diagnosis and since everything came out fine they can’t just replace random parts. I asked so why then is 12% loss every 24 hrs happening they said diagnosis looks fine and parked my car outside and told me it’s ready for pickup…really stressful

    This sucks I have no idea what to do my car is only 1 month old and they said losing 10% a day is totally fine and dismissed it and sent me home

    Just got back from service. They told me losing 10-12 percent parked is completely normal and refused to check anything else. Any tips for a good service place in SoCal that will take this seriously?

    Same I am losing 20 miles a day on avg, parked with sentry off, cabin overheat off. It’s literally draining daily on standby every night. Please put in a service request I did, let’s see what happens

    unfortunately according to this forum Tesla is telling everyone it is normal. Which I don’t understand. I’m Tesla manual it says 1% in a 24 hrs. Period is normal. 6% is not normal.
