Some time in 4Q this year is when they’re supposed to break ground on the new M tower.

Because I called and spoke with someone at the front desk and that is what she relayed.

Now it sounds as if they won’t be opening until the M breaks ground on their second tower.

From the street today, I could see Tesla chargers. Didn’t get a count though.

I just spoke to an agent at the front desk and all that’s holding up the SC going online is the City of Henderson hasn’t completed their final inspection.

I drove by around 5:30pm today, and ALL the fencing was gone. Looks like cleanup work and markings for each parking spot is all that’s visually needed. e
