This just happened to me on my model Y on a charger I've previously used with no problems. The only correlation I'm seeing is that it happened shortly after I turned on the AC to cool the cabin. Any ideas on what might've caused that?

I've got these as well. MYLR, June build Giga Austin. So far these tires are treating me well. I hope it stays that way. 😬
