Just so I don't leave this out there - I'm kind of embarrassed to say this but the rattle was NOT my MYP - it was my garage door opener. I'm always shocked at how terrible I am at locating where a sound is coming from. Thought it was front right windscreen, but it was right on top of my face 🙄

I totally agree with this. My MYP is absolutely perfect. Also - if it were rejected, you would have a fast delivery (because it would be 'on-shore' at a Tesla location).

I just picked up mine and I have one vibration/rattle but otherwise it is perfect. The ride is excellent - better than my Audi Q5.

I'd run your VINs through a VIN decoder, and it will tell you the estimated build date and from there you can take a best guess as to what ship it is on. Though at this point, not sure it matters since they will both be unloaded around the same time...

Yup - mine was on the June 17th shipment. Took almost a full month to get here though!

Apparently my MYP is now in or past Winnipeg - so it is on its way at least! I sent a note to my SA about the new EDD (July 9-23) and they were kind of curt when they wrote back saying "Our transportation team knows all our clients want to receive the vehicles on time or even sooner". Um...you...

I have confirmation from my rep that it is in Canada already - landed June 17 but that it is 'waiting for others' to make the trip across the country. brutal.

That is not atypical - they usually anchor outside of there for customs and it can take over 24 hours...

Just to follow up - called my SA and he said he would try to get me the discount but wasn’t sure. Best he could do would be to cancel my order and let me buy the discounted one which should be a week or so behind mine. Seems dumb given I don’t have mine yet.

Still waiting over here. I naively thought that a car could get from Vancouver to Toronto in fewer than 13 days but apparently not :) Looking forward to seeing some Ontario based people taking delivery soon!

I asked mine and he said it was still in Richmond bc which I find hard to believe. Need it before august because im away for a week and it would suck if I missed the window!

We have a very similar order (black myp) and edd. Try texting your SA - I never got notification of the vin but my SA could see I’d been assigned a vehicle and vin. Are you in Ontario?

Unless your car is the first, Shanghai is still HW3.

I'm still waiting - my MPY arrived in Vancouver on June 17th and my SA just told me it is still in Richmond BC (I'm in Toronto). Ordered May 5th. Sigh. The fastest part of the transport was the ship from Shanghai to Vancouver, apparently!

I would say the June part of the June-July quote is inaccurate. If you follow any of the ships, you can see that the next one is due to arrive in Vancouver early July (July 3rd). It seems like there were no LR on the last ship, so you'd have to hope there are some on the July 3rd ship and that...

As someone who sold in anticipation of getting my Tesla....hold off until you have a better sense on timing!! I've been down a vehicle for almost 2 months now... Given there are no LR in all of Canada right now (according to my research), you are waiting until it hits the ship headed for Canada...

Just took some sleuthing, to be honest. Also, it seems like Canadians are getting their VINs once the car is loaded on the ship... I used my VIN to determine the build date, and then used the website "waiting for tesla" to see what the ETA was for cars with my build date. Then I found a ship...

Awesome!! Calgary right? My EDD hasn't shifted from July 4-22 yet (Toronto) for my MYP which was on the same ship as yours. Report back how pick up goes!

I got mine as it was either put on the ship or right before.

I’d call back and make sure whatever order is in the system actually gets you a vehicle. I worry that because your combination doesn’t exist that you won’t get anything assigned.

Did they have to change your order for you? Seems odd it would be automatic since it’s a diff interior colour.

Yes - it is so the US models stay in the US for the US federal rebate. Every MY in Canada is now being made in China. I was just pointing out it was odd that a ship from Shanghai stopped in Washington before it went to Vancouver (Canada).
