New update; after updating my car and formatting my drive the issue hasn't occured to me anymore.

I both reformatted my drive and updated my car to 2023.20.9. So far so good, I will keep everyone posted on whether the issue still occurs to me or not.

I got my new M3 RWD for just over a month now, the black screen problem has occured to me for about 7 times already. It is getting a bit frustrating at this point, I also opened a service request. Anyone got any updates whether their issue has been dealt with yet?

Did you specifically ask for a VIN through the Tesla support chat? I haven't got a VIN in my app either, they will sort that out from the moment I pick up my Tesla, since it's a company car. By sending Tesla Support an email I received the VIN by email in 3 days. Not sure if you've already tried...

By the way, I did use the Hoegh cargo tracker but I didn't receive any hits with my VIN. Not sure how accurate that tracker is though.
