Update - Telsa repair thinks it is part of the windshield camera and GPS wiring 1068787-00-E. Nope. All those things are working and the car is not complaining.- PhoenixWoody

Name That Tesla Part! Electrical item under ripped damaged skid plate.
At this point we are not even sure this is a Telsa model 3 part. As you can see, it was dangling around the control arms when the skid plate (what was left of it) was removed. What is this thing? lol- PhoenixWoody
