2022 model y, built 09/22, currently on 2023.20.9 and just had this today. only half the screen (almost exactly half) screen was unresponsive however scroll wheel functions worked. resolved with a reboot but sounds like they haven't figured out how to solve this problem yet.

I was assigned F553 on 9/15. Until. That day I had not seen anything in the 55x range. A few people Commented it was a fresh vin. Reality is Tesla is pumping these cars out faster and faster Each week. I doubt it's a reject, but you probably did steal a car from someone else.

I don't understand the goal then.. Why not just rent or test drive one.

Re-added because that's what I originally wanted and I have been seeing same config with tow being delivered faster than non tow. Also based on My track record I was going to get delayed again either way. Doing so also reset my order agreement to original order date of 4/6 vs 6/25

Financing expired today, Previously my order agreement date showed the date I switched from LR to P (6/26) However now it shows my original order date again of 4/6. Does the date on the order agreement matter in prioritization? I have not received vin yet and my 2 week windows have been pushed...

You can call an SA and they can tell you details.

VINs are not necessarily sequential. Build date is a better indicator.

That's typical tesla for you. Nothing happened. They just decided not to make your configuration or sold it to someone else who is paying more.

I don't know. I don't have an SA. But I do know that tesla likes to keep its customers in the dark and any SA who isn't doing that is probaby breaking some rule.

Tesla emailed back They essentially dodged my question on why same configs ordered after me are delivered before me. Oh well. I'll check back in when something real happens.

I even told Tesla I would pay an extra delivery fee if I can get my car sooner. They didn't reply yet.
