Do you know the build date of your car? My recollection from the waiting for tesla site was that my build date was 3/10. Fingers crossed that it comes in around the 19th too. I am also picking up in EP.

This is making me not feel as bad about reserving an inventory car that was the same configuration as my original order on 1/20. W/B/19/TOW. I had been pushed to april/may but now I will be taking delivery next week. Cost an extra $2k but in the end I may get the full tax credit to make up for it.

My husband has the ionic 5 and I actually like the tesla better for various reasons.

Well maybe the extra $2000 I spent to get an earlier delivery with an in inventory car will pay off!

Yep, I saw all that too. I was able to get the 4.99% rate too. I work for Hennepin County so I think I qualify for membership without the $25. I guess I will find out! I did make sure also that they are familiar with working with tesla since they aren't a typical dealer 😉

Have you checked the tesla insurance? I am using Travelers and have gotten a discount by doing their driving score tracking. Mine is coming out at about $1100 for the year. We have a multi car discount though too.

So glad this worked for you. My problem was that I had switched to the AWD version when my delivery date was changed to April/may. So, I had to eat the new price even though it was my original configuration. So frustrating. What SC did you go to?

The rate from wells Fargo through tesla was 5.59 for me yesterday. Was 5.34 but my rate lock expired. Still better than wings for a 72 month.

Same order date and configuration except with tow. Had first change to EDD today. Went to 3/18 -3/31 from 3/3-3/31...my financing lock ends 3/21. At this point I am just planning for the half tax credit and if I get the full $7500 it will be a bonus.
