I’m in NH, but progressive was far cheaper than some of the others. I previously had Allstate with 3 cars at $2400/year, adding the Tesla jumped that to $3200. I checked progressive and that came down to $1200/year with the Tesla.

This thread is interesting! I put an order in for a MYP on 2/5 and had no idea of the delivery process in NH. I figured I’d have to pick it up in MA, but I guess not. It’s unfortunate how difficult things are made out.

That’s a great deal!!! My electrician quoted $1600 with a very short run (10ft), but did include a generator load shed module. I could easily install it, just figured I’d hire someone for once. Ouch!
I think we are in for a long run with both EVs and ICE. Manufacturers are gearing up for the transition, but way too many people out there don’t like the idea of EVs even though most have never driven one. One thing that I see happening that’ll slow the transition is OPEC flooding the market...
I have pre-orders in for four other EVs. I’m not a huge fan of Elon, but tesla does make compelling products. The price cut on the 13th definitely peaked my interest, but I wanted the performance model. When the tax credit got lifted above 55k for model Ys, that sealed it.
