iPhone 13 - my wife uses an iPhone as well and the reboot has done the trick for both of us. We were both able to initially pair successfully, it just dropped every 60 seconds for whatever reason. Seems to work perfectly fine now.

Yes, it's relatively minor. Annoying though - I have to stand next to the car for 20+ seconds before I can unlock the doors. Going into the app seems to make it go faster but the bluetooth not working properly is inconvenient.

No idea! Feels like its as bit of CYA from Tesla, but if you were just a normal car buyer the message would not mean a lot to you and probably just cause a lot of confusion.

Got a notice in the app that something was affecting my delivery - turns out Tesla asked me to confirm that I am okay with Tesla Vision today, the day before delivery. Seems like odd timing, but at least it wasn't moving my delivery out.

Got email/text at 9AM EST this morning, pickup confirmed February 25th. The process thus far has been very smooth for me, let's hope it continues :)
