I just drove by this location today, too bad the stalls weren’t “coned” off. All the ones closet to the store were ICED. I think this sets a precedence and they will be ICED routinely on busy weekends when the chargers are operational. Luckily the ones further away were not ICED

Monday night at 9pm I thought would be off hours. 6 stalls full with 4 cars waiting! If I didn't have just 38 rated miles I'd come back. Waited 23 minutes before a car moved. The longest I ever had to wait for a SC

I went to the Sunday Social and Summons demo today at the Tesla store in San Diego UTC. It was eluded to that summons and I would assume parking, uses the parking space lines. If not, it shouldn't be a problem since the front camera uses the painted lines to self steer

With most of SC back-in type, I wish Tesla would program perpendicular parking to park regardless of whether or not there are cars on either side of the space. Afterall, it's recommended not to use a paired SC pedestal that is in use if another pair are unused.

I need to agree with Max, always charge 15-20% more than Nav tells you need to take into account weather amd wind. I would also recommend getting XPEL wrap so you don't need to worry about chipped paint. Take a look at my trip from SoCal to Colorado, it was a piece of cake, stopping to charge...

Oh, looks like you can't initiate Summon from the iPhone app? This came up after I initiated with key fob

I updated my iPhone app and it does say the latest update supports Summon and notifications in the app shows Summon fails etc, but still can't figure out how to use the app to Summon car

If it is just cosmetic, why not keep driving the car until the parts are in? This may even give Tesla an incentive to deliver the parts more quickly so they don't have a damages car driving around.

i agree, but unfortunately there are some inconsiderate folks that leave their car plugged in and go to football games or go shopping even though their car is fully charge.

Tesla is just going to need to do a software update so that once the car is charged it moves itself from the snake charger and if it's queued, it parks itself for the snake charger to plug in.

Topping off for my trip home to San Diego tomorrow. Only one other car here.

I was renting a car driving back and forth to LA from SAN usng Waze each time for the past 3 months, but bit the bullet this past week and took my MS. The Nav brought me basically the same way as Waze, except for when I came home Thursday, Waze always took me aroumd much of the traffic on I5...

These cars were plugged in when I arrived to charge without any owners in sight and the cars were still plugged in without any owners as I left. I supposed they could have been charging their 500 kW battery pack.

I pulled into FV around 4:30 pm and all spots were taken, I had to wait a whole 3 min for one to open up. Tesla SC team member was here to observe the traffic. Hey mgdurand, that jeep in your pic is still in the same spot! BTW, at least 4 MS that were charging when I arrived were still plugged...
