    Model S Key Fob maintenance

Hi, I did search on this forum for instructions on how to open the key fob. I'm not looking for instructions on how to replace the batteries. I would like to inspect the board and the connections inside. I have two broken key fobs and would like to see if I can save a few hundreds by repairing...

SuperCharger - Brossard, QC (Quartier Dix30)

Why confused ? The number of stall has little to do with the number of Tesla cars in the region and more in relation to the number of cars traveling through that region.

    SuperChargers - Levis, Qc

I would say a very reliable source :-) I would be very skeptic if that wasn't Stephane Pascalon. As the president of the Club Tesla Quebec and and project manager at IVI he has a lot of contacts. We also know Eric Dubois, the manager responsible of Supercharger deployment in Quebec and sometimes...

SuperCharger - Brossard, QC (Quartier Dix30)

Unless you have a very weak phone, you shouldn't have any issues there. The underground is not fully closed there. The whole perimeter is opened and you get a very strong signal almost everywhere in the underground. No worries there.

Performance of P85D with Ludicrous upgrade review

When we go back I will use my 3 GoPro to make sure we get a good view on what is happening on the sides and the back.

Performance of P85D with Ludicrous upgrade review

We had a lot of traction issues on that track. I would assume we could shove a .3 second if we could have a surface with more grip.

    Stagger or no Stagger?

Let us know how it goes. I bought these exact same wheels last year. At the end, I put the OEM back because it seems the weight of the car can be an issue. I drove 20000 miles on them and they were all deformed, very uncomfortable. I had them repaired and reformed but I can still feel the...

    SuperChargers - Rivière-du-Loup, Qc

Today, the status has been at permit for 63 days without any tangible progress. Hopefully the mess we had at Drummondville will not happen to RDL too. If anyone has information, we should share that information here. If the information cannot be disclosed for legal reason your because you are...

Model S meets Porsche Macan Turbo at the drag strip

There is a light tree the two top lights are for alignment. When the two are on it means that your wheels are on the spot and you are ready. The the countdown will start with three yellow lights. They are lit one after the other in a sequence. Once the third is lit, a green light will go on to...

Model S meets Porsche Macan Turbo at the drag strip

Pretty good assumption. The camera on the Porsche is a Gopro HD Hero 2, the camera shooting backward on the Tesla is a Gopro 3 Black and the one shooting at the Porsche (the Porsche didn't stay aside for long) was a GoPro 3+ Black. Another one should arrive soon, a GoPro 4 Black this time. We...

Model S meets Porsche Macan Turbo at the drag strip

This is a friendly competition between two friends that had to see by themselves how fast the P85+ was on the drag strip. I couldn't find much videos of the P85+, so this one is one of the few and hopefully one that will be interesting to watch. The commentator at the race track is french but...

Taking apart the side mirror assembly - looking for help

I will call them tomorrow. Auto Bugatti is asking me 250 just for the mirrors and I have to leave the car for at least a day. If your shop can do it and if its closer to my place then its a deal.

Taking apart the side mirror assembly - looking for help

They are really good. Could you tel me where ? I guess that would be on the south shore. I believe I met last year at on of the meet of the Tesla club. Are you the one who had a fake hamster in the drunk to show that you have one more HP than anyone else ? :-)

Taking apart the side mirror assembly - looking for help

I'm sorry, I had to borrow someone else picture. The red circle I drew is were the hinge is. The must be a way to unscrew or remove that part. That way I could easily wrap the lower portion of the mirror in vinyl. Otherwise it makes a messy job.

Taking apart the side mirror assembly - looking for help

Hello everyone, I am the DIY kind of person. I managed to vinyl wrap most of my chrome trims so far and I am actually stuck with wrapping the chrome section of the mirror assembly. I have the non self folding mirror units. I am mentioning this because the two kind of units are very different...
