That was my thought as well. You can even see the penetration of the weld..... looks like they sanded it down, welded it and then didn't paint.

Some people have an issue with the angle of the headrest putting pressure on your neck. Some people have had success by removing the headrest and bending the mounting bars. Others have bought neck pillows to help.

I picked up mine today in Austin. MSM/White/Hitch OD 1/30 slightly out of alignment on the driver rear door, but otherwise it was great. The SA(Jeff) was super nice and encouraged me to take my time and to look at everything.

They called and asked if I wanted to move in the delivery date so I'm picking it up 3/16 as long as everything is funded by then.

Have they texted you at all yet? I bugged mine on Wednesday asking why I hadn’t heard anything and the next day I got my vin.

Because it even states that changing your config could change your delivery date. People didn’t order a MYP initially. If I switched to a MYLR now, I would expect to go to the end of the line because I didn’t order one when others did. In manufacturing you’re looking at parts lead time, qty, etc...

Mine was originally February then got moved to March and the SA told me it was because of all the order switchers. Seems as though if you change them you should go to the back of the line but that’s also me being impatient.

SA told me my delivery dates for MYP because of the increased demand. If you already got your VIN then you are good but for others it may shift because of all the people who switched from MYLR.

Updated EDD to March 3-31 so I guess the SA was wrong.

I only heard from mine to inform me that in Texas you have to pay the taxes yourself and what that process looks like.
