    19" Tempest Wheels for sale

Selling four wheels with Tempest covers for $500. No TPMS. I recently purchased a Model S Long Range Plus and installed aftermarket wheels on the vehicle so I have these left over. The wheels have about 5400 miles of usage. Unfortunately, the vehicle was an inventory car and some curb rash...

Model S Charge Port doesn't pop open

For 9 months I've had the same issue with my 2014 Model S. Tesla says $700 to repair. To be honest, I have gotten so used to just pressing on the right-side to pop it open that it now feels like it's the normal way to operate it. I knew when I bought this car that all these "cool" auto/moving...

Supercharger - Cincinnati, OH (Marburg Ave.)

I will add that I came in at a low battery and saw 397 mi/hr at the start of charge. That is the highest I have ever seen and I have been to about 250 different superchargers. About 350 mi/hr is usually the highest peak I experience.

Supercharger - Cincinnati, OH (Marburg Ave.)

My Model S nav shows this supercharger on the map now. The Blue Ash supercharger red pin is gone from the map though.

    CHAdeMO Adapter for sale

I honestly don't know. I think I purchased it in 2015. Someone told me something about a firmware update but when I asked at the service center they looked at me like I was crazy Of course, you are welcome to use it first before purchase.

I apologize again for not editing the table myself. Here is my latest from a couple of cross country trips. Brings me to 222 total. I added 42 new ones. Anyone thinking of driving to Key West should do it. Great drive. Now that I am over 200, this might be my last entry. It was fun when...

Thanks Bill. I just counted 180 as well. Appreciate your oversight. You are right, I'll count at least 20 more to break 200. I'm in Ohio right now and may have to take a nice detour on the way home to Cali. Florida is probably nice this time of year.

Sorry, I was going to edit the page but was afraid I might screw it up. Here are my latest additions, up to 177 now. Keeping track is a pain now. I'm not missing any easy way to do so since they changed the GUI, correct? I might be done tracking these if that is the case. It was fun while...

    Supercharger (New) Toledo, OH

I charged at the Toledo Supercharger today and the workers there were surprised that the chargers had power. They thought they had been turned off. They also mentioned that there is still a few more days of working on the transformers before it is finished. Sorry, I don't have any details. I...

For Sale: Tesla Premium Rear Console

I have a very slightly used removable rear console that Tesla no longer sells. Tan leather trim with Obeche matte accent. It does have the cracked hinge issue that many others have had. It can be fixed with clamp and glue, but I am just too lazy. The top can be opened about 45 degrees now as...

    magnetic phone mount

My thoughts on the Steelie mount vs MagicMOUNT. The pro is that the phone can be perfectly positioned at any angle to reduce any glare and can also be directed towards passenger if wanting to. FYI, I've never accounted a glare issue with the "fixed* position of the MagicMOUNT. The cons include...

Supercharger - Buena Park, CA (removed from car nav 31 Aug 2018 but still operational, 8 V2 stalls)

Bueno Park is up and running. I am charging now. Unfortunately, all stalls are occupied. 2 stalls are blocked off with cones. I was told power was low for the pair so they just blocked them.

    magnetic phone mount

I have two of these for two phones: Scosche magicMOUNT surface is a Magnetic Flush Mount for Mobile Devices. I think they fit perfectly just to the right / left of the upper portion of the 17 inch display just under the vents adhered to the trim. My trim is glossy so I am not worried about...

    Random Bolt Sightings

Several weeks ago I saw two Bolts parked in supercharger stalls at Tesla's design studio in Hawthorne, CA. That seemed pretty odd to me. No they were not charging there. It turns out that the Motor Trend guys had them (testing for upcoming review and article) and brought them over to Tesla...

8.0 XM Channel List - Where Did it Go?

This temporary loss of folders has also happened to me. I felt like a moron trying to show off the car's media player. I click on radio, xm, and can see the favorites folders but can't scroll down to the xm folders. It just stops at favorites. Sometime later I can go back and do the same thing...

Actually this feature has moved. It is now found on the left side of the instrumental panel display (in front of steering wheel) during navigation. Dayton-Albuquerque round trip advice?

I've done 4 round trips between Toledo, OH and Los Angeles, CA. You are lucky that the route no longer has supercharger holes (200+ mile spaces between SC). I agree with the comments that you should not skip superchargers until you get the feel for things. Cold weather does eat up mileage...

Which center console, Tesla or EVAnnex?

An advantage of the EVannex one (which I have) is that it can be easily removed. So if you like it for only long trips, you can remove it for daily driving days or vice versa. You can also use the storage area as a make shift second cup holder.

7.0 Updates besides the AP feature

I agree that the AC system is much more responsive and I too had to adjust the temp upward to feel comfortable. The directions list on the left side of the nav screen and header bar seems to have more transparency which I like.

Autopilot and v7 coming this Thursday! (15-10-15)

    The new nose

I take a lot of road trips and the first thing I see is that it has a big glossy surface that will be littered with bug hits. Whether its just after a trip before you have a chance to wash it or being pitted after years of travel it will not look great. The Model S nose is more broken up and...

    How reliable are Superchargers?

I hesitated as to whether I should post here because I love the supercharger network and really do not want to add to any negativity or fear of use of the system. But I thought it would be prudent to let people know my experience. For background, I have traveled from the mid-west to the west...

    Supercharger - Independence, MO

Stoney Creek Hotel does look like a good option if it was a good place to stop for the night. I think you should also consider the I-75 route. You will need to find some kind of charging boost in Detroit but I think it will save you many miles and time. You may also need a boost in Knoxville, TN.

    Supercharger - Independence, MO

A Tesla employee at the Kansas City Service Center told me that the supercharger at Bass Pro (intersection of 291 and I-70) is operational but not yet on Tesla's website. Can anyone confirm this? I'll be driving through next week from the midwest to the west coast using the I-70 corridor. Thanks.

Which Center Console should I get?

I just bought the evannex CCI (obeche gloss) and it looks pretty nice. I think the center console from Tesla is actually a little bit better design with more storage but I think the ease of removal by the owner is an important feature of the evannex model. For long trips I know I want the...

"Premium" Interior accent lighting ... an opportunity for some enhancements
