Very helpful. I will target an AP 2.5 on the used market since the price difference isn't show stopping, particularly when considering the MCU upgrade cost. I have driven a Model X with the MCU 1 and it's not a great experience at all compared to my MCU 2 Model 3. Thanks so much!

Any TM3 built before, say, November, I'd go over with a fine toothed comb. My December build car has no issues. Seems like a good deal if everything checks out. Go for it.

Yet another reason no one should buy a Model 3 made before November or so. The build quality and design choices on them are questionable. Sure, there are perfectly good examples out there. But if I were buying a used TM3, I would prefer to avoid those cars entirely. Totally IMO.

For all the space the TM3 has, it has a tiny glovebox. I removed everything but registration and insurance.

Not sure why this question is a debate. When I ordered my Tesla, it specifically said what was in the premium interior that the standard interior won't have.

You pay $1500 for the white interior, part of that includes the white dash. And the white interior came out on only a few models, months after initial TM3 release. It was a delayed release.

You're very generous to swap for free. The white dash is worth a hefty premium over the ugly wood dash.

I thought it was just me improperly adjusting the side mirrors. So glad I found this thread. I'm not alone in thinking the mirrors just don't adjust as far out as I'd like.

Those normal cars will have to compete by not being an EV. Interested buyers will buy the Tesla despite it lacking power seats. It's of little consequence and certainly not a deal breaker.

OP here. Got my white interior MR after some initial pain during delivery. Not a fun delivery experience at all. I won't go into detail since Tesla made it right. But it's done. Since OP has his car, mods, you can close the thread now.

Snow tires and an extra set of wheels plus TPM. It'll cost around $1800ish. Ignore everything else for awhile. You'll want this upgrade in NJ.

Got a loan of 1.99% over 60 months using Sharon. Not sure why anyone already approved would finance with Tesla. I can see no benefit.

12/22 delivery here with both. I didn't get mine until I reached out to the Las Vegas scheduling guy and asked for my VIN. He gave me the VIN and the home state rep's email. I then emailed the state rep to get my MVPA.

I imagine this is location dependent, but how long from the Las Vegas scheduling guy emailing you to the delivery advisor contacting you? I'd like my VIN and to arrange my credit union financing. I put "cash" when ordering because there was no third party financing option. I am not worried but...
