I had a 2022 Mx and used the felt tape to quiet the noise coming from the FWD (fwd rubbing with trim). Just got a new 2024 MX which started making noise, but only after like 200 miles of driving. I did the felt tape fix again and it worked! Confirmed to be a reproducible fix for FWD noise...

My MXLR in HW4 has been getting this message, and it’s just a cloudy day. Anyone else seeing this? On my prior HW3 model x, it required rain to throw this message.

My tesla app will often show 50%, while the Tessie app reads 51%? Why is that the case? If it’s rounding, how do we check soc to the decimal place?

I notice that sometimes the Tessie or Stats App reports a different SOC % compared to the Tesla app. Usually 3rd party app reads 1% higher. Any thoughts? I figured something to do with rounding. If that’s the case, how to check soc % to the first decimal? It makes a difference in the battery...

Is the consensus here that the USS just needs to be installed carefully and correctly, with any excess paint also sanded if necessary? I took my car in multiple times. They actually had a body shop repaint an interior chip and replace the USS, which did not resolve the issue. So just need a...

Did the felt tape work? I thought my electrical tape worked but it was a fail. Going to try felt tape next.

I put a strip of electrical tape to be a barrier between the FWD and trim surfaces that were rubbing. About 1ft of 1/2” tape. It worked!
