Just had this cryptic text from Tesla: “Hi, no vehicles coming into the UK have USS anymore. Thanks” I’m not sure that is correct.

Wonder if that means it’s got damaged on the way or something. Seems a bit strange if you had an actual delivery date set in stone.

Anyone with a low VIN (I.e. PC547) picked up yet. I’m seriously intrigued by the USS situ.

Yeah, suppose we will only know if someone who knows they have no USS checks the same thing and it says “true”

When I was looking in the source code to find my vin, I noticed it says “showUssRemovalDisclaimer:false” so I wonder… if you have no USS, you get a disclaimer and it records it there? I might be talking nonsense (probably am) but I’ve not seen anything else.

Ha, it’s the hope that kills you! I had that text on 24th October and then the schedule delivery text on 31st Oct. Scheduled that day but only had the option of 30 Nov. I’m just waiting for final invoice and reg info which I have today been told will arrive 2 weeks before pick up. Who knows.

Mine is …PC547…. So not too far off and the same as @Morpheus84 . I have a collection booked in for Manchester on 30th Nov. Do you have a final invoice yet (assume you are Tesla direct)?

It was a response to my query of when I would receive final invoice which was made after I received the general text “we’ll invite you to schedule….”

I have a ‘hidden vin’ on the account page and estimated delivery between 17 Nov and 1 Dec. It had previously kicked out to Dec-5 Jan. I received a text on Friday saying “…at the moment we haven’t invited customers to schedule appointments but it should be coming in the next week or so”...
