In a previous post: Bjørn's Tesla Model S videos - Page 54 I came up with 280wh/rm with range mode off. For this trip, I had range mode on for most of the journey as you can seen in the pictures of the main display.

According to ev trip planner, done at 50MPH (assuming 15F and running the heater), it looks doable, but I would plan on have backup charging options (like rv parks) along the way if your enegry runs too low. Looks like there may also be some good charging options on plugshare along the way too...

Nope, I've basically given up with it. From my experience Tesla Support is a joke both in terms of app and car support. Luckily though, VisableTesla will still work from a computer to locate the car... Not much help if you forgot where you parked though =p.

That would be totally unrelated to the fobo. However, off topic; I have noticed vampire drain is much higher when my car is plugged in. Plugged in, I lose ~5RM per day. Unplugged, I lose ~1RM per day. odd.

I've gone SLC to Green River directly, and Green River to SLC directly, many times in an S85. The way back is usually a bit close, but I've never felt like I wasn't going to make it. Though I'm happy if this is true, will make this a mindless trip.

invisik, can you offer any advice or tips for getting the door panel off? I too wanted to add some custom lights a few months ago, but was unable to remove the door panel. It felt like I was putting way too much force on that door and feared I was going to break something.

I've noticed this too since the 6.1 updates came out. Rebooting the instrument cluster seems to fix it for a few days. I mostly notice it on the speed / power usage meter.
