Purchased a new model y performance with FSD prior to the $15k increase from $12k took delivery mid October

Just did 1300 miles round trip majority 65+ and rock solid. I used genuine 3M prep and 3M VHB tape with greater surface area than the supplied tape and also swapped the supplied hardware for verifiable stainless screws and washers. I’ll let you know if it comes off

went with a 3 piece satin black one off Amazon. Looks great in my opinion and install was easy. Used 3M adhesive primer on both the car and the splitter as well as screws and it’s very sturdy, fits well, and to me gives the front end a very nice aggressive look

I did get updates on the weekends. I think I have heard a few speculating that white interiors may be the culprit of some delays but not entirely sure.

Would love to see photos of those who have tinted their front windows 70%. In my state no tint is allowed on the front windows but I am really thinking I'll want SOME tint on them when I get MYP later this month. Just would love to see how it looks compared to the factory rear glass tint.

watching this thread for sure. I know I want to add a front splitter to my model y when it shows up but haven't decided on one. I'm also one of those few odd ones that is not a fan of CF so I'm glad I'll save some money there but also makes it harder to find some of the more aggressive styled ones.

Got my vin F564 on 9/28. Original order date was 8/21 EDD is now 10/11 to 10/20. Curious what everyone's experience is time wise from VIN to being able to schedule? From California all the way across the country to NJ must take time but does it really take that much time?

Order date and specs? Pretty sure you can ask your SA or call regarding tire type, otherwise probably just have to wait. For door panels see what the build date was plenty of dates on here for when new door panels started
