When I bought my CPO, spoiler was not listed on MVPA, but it was on the car. Additional things like premium interior lighting, parcel shelf were not listed also. For a inventory car, you can argue with them. But not a CPO.

Go to any Tesla showroom, they have plenty for you to choose. ie, A nearly fully loaded 85D for $80K after rebate.
