I was down in Clermont Florida, and saw their brand new service/sales center there. It was basically a carbon copy of what we are getting in Londonderry. It’s incredibly exciting! It was HUGE!
Rivian delivered my friends truck at the service center in Boston. It had a temp tag from IL, and we drove to a park down the road to do paperwork. That way, it was technically not delivered at the service center. Was fascinating!
From what I’ve seen, every V3 has load sharing between cabinets. And with that being said, the likeliness of all of the cars requesting full power is pretty low.
The comment on it me being happy it was full was that I was curious if this charger would be busy or not.
Hi Everyone. Great thread! Just wanting to put a post in and ask for information regarding my 2022 3. I have the original all red tail lights.
I’d love to get the Y/newer 3 outer tail lights. What do I need to do? Do I need an adapter? Do I need to replace the inner lights too?
Thank you!
At Watertown now. Advisor said that they just got confirmation of 6 new service centers in New England within the next 2 years. Providence RI, Burlington VT, Portland ME, Londonderry NH, Springfield MA, and one other they aren’t sure where yet
Honestly could care less about amenities. Get us a huge lot, big building, tons of staff, and some Uber credits to get 10 min to Manchester/bedford for coffee!
Here to update everyone. Finally brought the car down to service for just this issue. They drove the car and weren’t able to replicate it… however when the tech inspected the car he was able to hear the noise from my video when moving the fender liner.
He applied felt to both front fender...
Had dinner at the flight center tonight. Site no longer has fence, or excavator. There is also a concrete pad for the transformer now, just no transformer. Seems it’s close!
Hey all! I have a 2022 Model 3 RWD, and my dad has a 2022 Model 3 Performance. Both cars have developed an annoying rattle/sound when going over highway bumps, and joints on the highway.
It literally sounds like every plastic behind my head is touching at one point. It’s infuriating. I think...
Well, here’s an update… brought the car down to Tesla for the drive unit replacement today. And they decided not to do it. I’m very frustrated! They said they could not duplicate the concern. Even though they did at the last service visit.

I have an update for this, Tesla is replacing my drive unit, due to a defect causing vibration, and they think my rattle is caused by it. They don’t want to dig into it until they replace the drive unit.
Figured I would update this thread. Had an appointment at tesla today. They verified my concern (that’s a first!) and they are replacing my rear drive unit. That was a surprising phone call!
Hi all, I have a 2022 Model 3 RWD with ~5000 miles. It seems to have developed a vibration that starts at ~45 MPH and above. I have had the wheels balanced once at a tire shop, then road force balanced by my friend. I then had the car at tesla for a different issue but had them look and drive...
I’m just hoping I’m not SOL. Sometimes it seems like it goes away when someone is in the passenger seat.
I’ll have to go for a drive with a tech… but I’m open to attempting to fix myself!
Hi all, I have been looking at many of the forums on here trying to solve this rattle. Service can never replicate it... Which is frustrating. I do not notice it when it rains either... But that seems to be caused by the increased noise when the roads are wet.
Service has replaced both front...
I just found what you were talking about. What a horrible clip design! Not big enough and it doesn’t clip in enough! I zip tied it for now… how did you fasten it? What did you zip tie it to? I took it down and zip tied it to the bottom plastic cross brace thing.
Does anyone have a video of this noise? I have seen a ton of threads that describe my noise, but I have not been able to confirm it’s the same noise before diving into taking stuff apart.
