That sounds plausible. I don't believe there's not a big batch of cars either built or in production as the last push before cutover to primarily domestic. The numbers thus far seem too out of whack.

Thanks for your opinion however my opinion is that Tesla has no concept of true customer service and their SAs, while polite, offer no effort to provide feedback. And given their lax attitude to EDDs and their history with production for Australia, I have little confidence this new EDD will be met.

I think it's purely selfish, to reduce the number of calls to SAs. Tesla probably listens to the SA's complaints, just not their customers'.

I think there's a bunch of vehicles still being built / already built but not yet allocated but realistically they won't be delivered in November, hence the date shift. If they're saying Dec-Jan I think it's unlikely they're yet to be built and we're just dealing with logistics issues...
