Spoke with a service guy recently. He said the aero covers would save about 10 miles from a full charge. He suggested to put them on if you were going on a long trip, but for pottering about, it’s negligible 👍
RE YOUR REPLY - current update
Current Odometer 115 miles
Total Energy 32kWh
Avg. Energy 280Wh/mi
Hope that means something, and if it does, let me know 👍
I'm now at 499 miles
147kwh
294wh/mi
Which if I'm right is about 3.4 mi/kWh
Heaters, seats and steering wheel on all the...
mine was the first slot at 1030. I got there about 10 and they were just setting up, but really happy to get started, throw you the card, say go go find your car, and adios 🙃
Still a great experience though bud. Have a great day. This car just keeps on giving
yep, 30 second talk, nowt to do with the car, just small talk, card given, off you pop. That said, young lad did come out after about half hour, once i'd defrosted it, and asked if all was good and helped me on a few things..............
Yep, looks good. remember seeing an article where someone left it for 32 days and came back and discharge was negligible. Remember to switch Sentry off as you've said.
Ceramic Spray applied today (first time the hose hasn't been frozen) and private plate put on 🙃 I removed the clumsy Tesla bracket which i wasn't a fan of.
Oh she looks mint Sir
Does this not help?
Hold: Maximizes range and reduces brake wear by continuing to provide regenerative braking at speeds lower than with the Creep and Roll settings. When Model 3 stops, the brakes are automatically applied without you having to put your foot on the brake pedal. Whether stopped...
I'd heard the ride in a Y was a bit questionable, but sounds like the steering wheel vibration is a fault. I'd get that booked in.
Can you not alter the regen in the settings to roll, as opposed to hold etc?
I better try mine out. I can honestly say I’ve not touched my brake pedal whilst the car’s been moving yet. 350 miles in and it’s been all done on regen
No need to apologise bud, good on ya and those who get it. I’ve only 1 SC near me anyway (about 10 miles away) and won’t be doing loads of miles anyway 👍
no probs. It does say "you can also turn on the wiper defrosters"
Only trying to help, seeing as I've only had the experience of owning for 8 days, in frost. Each to their own bud. 👍
Yes they are, but as an additional measure it looks like they suggest the below, which is what i've been doing as well (probably my "specialism" kicking in. 🙃 ) It does no harm and certainly will defrost the rubber. I've done it veryday since I picked up last Wednesday as it's been -umpteen...

It moves them further up the screen so they get fully defrosted when you defrost the car, stops the rubber getting split or god forbid breaking the arms
Very similar thoughts from me, 4 days after pick up 👍
Can only comment on the door opening bit. I've no issue, just press it once and the door opens. Sounds like a defect pal
I asked via text as to, "now I've collected the car, out of interest, can you tell me what ship it came on"
Reply - "Our vessel names are not public knowledge so this is not something I could confirm"
I layman's terms I read this as 🖕🖕🖕🖕
That's good to hear, cheers. Did about 60 yesterday, 50 ish today. Heating been on, heated seats, heated steering wheel, Defrost mode yesterday on pick up as it looked like a scene from the Titanic and then I preconditioned it this morning and then gave it another zap on defrost. That said...
