Yes. I got hit by a deer in early October. I just got my car back yesterday. $6,900 in damages to repair passenger door, front bumper, right headlamp, and fender. Parts took forever to come in.

I believe you just call them a tell them you need to put on hold.

reject vin and put order on hold for 30 days. That should get you over the hump to close on the house.

If you get their Direct Banking Bundle your rate will go to 1.99. They give a .5 discount to their best rate. Just got 1.99 from them yesterday.

I don’t think the Model Y will qualify. I believe the cars that qualify can’t be more than 55k.
