Mine is 278XXX and about the same delivery window. The VINs are not issued sequentially, highly doubt you have a rejected car.

They don’t. The Tesla flaps are front only and don’t contact the paint. They can be installed in short or long configuration. kinda strange they don’t offer a rear mud flap, but I guess the fronts do the most work to keep the side of the car cleaner/protected.

the 30 and 35 are aspect ratios: .35 * 235 = 82.25mm (height of sidewall) .3 * 275 = 82.5mm So as you can see, if you are running 275mm width on the rear in a staggered setup, you need to use a 30 tire to get the same sidewall height as the front.
